What address should I enter for shipping my order?
We use the US Postal Service First Class Mail service so please ensure that you use your mailing address and not your physical address if you get your mail delivered elsewhere. Basically give us the address that the mailman uses to deliver your everyday mail.

My order has shipped but where's my tracking number?
We use US Postal First Class mail. As such, we cannot track your order after it leaves our shop. We use this method as it keeps costs low for our customers and has been very reliable.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We proudly use Paypal for all of our credit card transactions. PayPal is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. When you send money using PayPal, we never see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers. We only see your email address, date of sign-up, and whether or not you have completed PayPal’s Verification process.

How long will delivery take?
Typically it will only take a few days but it can take up to two weeks for your package to reach you. We try to ship out all orders the same day up to a few days after ordering and after it is shipped it is up to the US Postal Service to get the package to you.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order goes to our order processing department where your decal pattern is loaded and cut using our precision vinyl cutter. The decal is then hand weeded to remove unnecessary portions of vinyl and transfer tape is applied. It then goes to our shipping department where if is packaged and mailed out. All of our decals are proudly hand cut to your specifications by our workers right here in the USA.

Can you create a custom decal to my specification?
More than likely, yes! Use our Contact Us to send us a message about what you have in mind and we’ll gladly do our best!

Do your decals have backgrounds?
No. The areas shown in color are the decal material areas. When applied they will look similar to if someone painted it on.

Can you make the decal face the other direction?
Yes, certainly! All you need to do is leave a comment during checkout explaining what you’d like and we will make the adjustment free of charge.
